We offer Free UK delivery on all orders over £150 and our standard UK delivery fee is £5.99.
Your order can be delivered anytime between 8am and 8pm (2-person white glove home delivery service where required) and for security purposes a signature may be required.
We deliver orders using couriers; DPD, DHL and XDP, which will be confirmed in your order dispatch email, which will also include your tracking reference to track your order. We use a 2-person white glove home delivery service where required

We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, however, if for any reason you would like to return it, our no-hassle, easy returns policy is simple to follow.
If you wish to return your order, don't worry, our returns policy means that you can return anything to us in unused condition within 28 days of receipt, with the original packaging.
How to return your items;
You as the customer are responsible for return postage charges. We would recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return, we recommend Online Courier services such as Parcel2Go and Transglobal who provide both collection and drop off services. Please be advised that some drop off services may require you to print off the label.

Please Note
We do not accept returns without the original packaging and all returns must be in an unused condition. If items are returned outside of these terms there will be a restocking charge which will be deducted from the refund amount. This amount will be dependent on condition and resell value.
*Any damages or discrepancies need to be reported within 24 hours following the date of delivery in order to receive a replacement or refund.
All returns will be refunded to the original payment account that was used.
